On February 10th, I went to the MPD 5th District to file a police report regarding an incident that occurred on February 8th. I spoke with Officer Manuel Sibrian.

Officer Sibrian: "Tell me what happened."

Me: "I explained the events of February 8th to Officer Sibrian."

Officer Sibrian: "Without evidence of this event, I won't be able to file a report."

Me: "I do have an audio recording of the incident. However, given the response, I'd like to consult with my attorney before providing any further information."

After leaving the station, I returned home and prepared the necessary documents.

Summary

On February 10th, I went to the MPD 5th District to file a police report regarding an incident that took place on February 8th. My attempt was unsuccessful. When I explained the events to Officer Manuel Sibrian, he responded with skepticism.

Officer Sibrian stated that he wouldn't file a report without evidence confirming the incident.

Although I possessed an audio recording of the event, Officer Sibrian's hostile demeanor led me to inform him that I needed to consult with my attorney before providing any further information.

Following this interaction, I left the police station and returned home to prepare the necessary documents.
