Hello Manuel,

My name is Lorem Ipsum Dolor . I attempted to file a police report with you on Monday, February 10, 2024 around 2:00pm.

You provided me with a misc report #25019977, but you stated that you would not be able to provide a complete report without additional evidence. In this case, I told you I would be able to provide you with audio of the incident once I consulted with my advocate.

Attached is a clip of the incident for which I've asked you to create a police report.

I've also included the audio's metadata for authenticity.

Hopefully, this will fulfill your request and a detailed police report can be created.

The vehicle in question is a black, Dodge Charger or similar type of muscle car. The driver is a black male between the ages of 25 to 30.

The incident occurred on **2025-02-08 12:29:40 PM EST** between the intersections of New York Ave and Florida Ave NW, Washington, DC adjacent to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Headquarters.

On this day, there was an attempted vehicular assault by the individual in question.

I am requesting CCTV footage of the incident to confirm the individual's identity as well as vehicle tag number as I was unable to retrieve it at the scene of the event.

Please provide a response at your soonest availability. Thank you for your cooperation.
